Car
If you are driving from the center of Björkliden, start by heading southeast on E10 towards Kiruna. Continue on E10 for approximately 2.5 hours until you reach the outskirts of Stockholm. As you approach Stockholm, follow the signs for the city center and merge onto the E4. Take the exit towards 'Norrmalm/Centralstation'. Follow the road signs to 'Gamla Stan' and 'Kungliga Slottet'. Once you arrive, you can find parking near Storkyrkobrinken. The entrance to Yttre borggården is easily accessible from there.

Public Transport
To reach Yttre borggården using public transportation, start at the Björkliden train station. Take the train towards Kiruna and transfer to the train heading to Stockholm at Kiruna station. The journey will take approximately 4.5 hours. Once you arrive at Stockholm Central Station, exit the station and walk towards the bus terminal. Take bus number 43 towards 'Slussen' and get off at 'Sergels torg'. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to Yttre borggården. Follow the signs towards Gamla Stan, and you will find the entrance to the Royal Palace.
