As you approach Eskilstuna, take the exit for Route 53 towards Strängnäs. Follow Route 53 and then take the exit towards V, Eskilstuna. Continue on local roads to Skiren-Kvicken, which will be well-signposted. There is no entrance fee for the nature preserve.

From Örebro Central Station, take a train towards Eskilstuna. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Eskilstuna Central Station, transfer to bus number 2 towards V.
