From Örebro Central Station, take bus route 3 towards 'Bista'. The bus departs from the station every 15-30 minutes. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Pyramidgatan' stop. From there, walk approximately 1.5 kilometers straight along Pyramidgatan until you reach Mosåsvägen. Turn left onto Mosåsvägen, and continue walking for about 500 meters. Sanatoriespåret will be on your right.

If you are near the Örebro Castle, you can walk to Sanatoriespåret. Start at the castle and head northwest along Slottsgatan. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Storgatan. Turn right on Storgatan and walk until you reach the bus stop at 'Pyramidgatan'. From there, follow the previous instructions to get to Sanatoriespåret.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing services available in Örebro. Start at the city center and head towards the river, then follow the bike path along the riverbank to the west. When you reach the bridge at Mosåsvägen, cross the bridge and continue straight for about 1 kilometer. Sanatoriespåret will be on your left.
