From Sarek National Park, head south on E45 towards the town of Jokkmokk. Continue driving until you reach the junction with E10. Merge onto E10 and continue until you reach the town of Gällivare. From Gällivare, take road 97 south towards the town of Älvsbyn. Once in Älvsbyn, switch to road 373 heading east towards Tärnsjö. Follow this road until you reach Granövägen, where Färnebofjärden National Park is located. The total driving distance from Sarek National Park is approximately 400 km, and it should take around 6-7 hours depending on road conditions.
