    From Malmö, take the E6 highway north towards Helsingborg. After approximately 45 km, take the exit onto E20 towards Lund. Continue on E20 for about 30 km until you reach the exit for E4 towards Stockholm. Follow E4 for around 40 km, then take the exit for Tyresta National Park (signs will guide you). Follow the road to the park entrance at Vendelsö, 136 59 Vendelsö. Please note that parking fees may apply at the park.

    Start from Malmö Central Station. Take a train towards Stockholm, and get off at Handen Station. From Handen, you can catch bus number 834 towards Tyresta by following the signs to the bus terminal. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes. Get off at the Tyresta National Park stop. Ensure to check the bus schedule ahead of time for frequency. A train ticket from Malmö to Handen and a bus ticket typically costs around 150-200 SEK total.
