If you are near T-Centralen (the central metro station), take the Green Line (line 19) towards Hagsätra or the Red Line (line 14) towards Fruängen. Get off at the Slussen station. Once you exit the metro, follow the signs for Södermalm. You will walk down a hill towards the waterfront. Continue straight, and you will find Stadsgårdsleden along the waterfront.
