Start your journey at T-Centralen, the main subway station in Stockholm. Take the subway (Tunnelbana) Line 14 (the green line) towards 'Kungsträdgården' and alight at 'Sundbybergs centrum'. From there, switch to the commuter train (Pendeltåg) towards 'Nynäshamn'. Stay on the train until you reach 'Tyresö' station. The entire journey will take approximately 45-50 minutes.
