If you're starting from T-Centralen, the central subway station, take the red line (line 14) in the direction of Fruängen. Get off at the station called 'Medborgarplatsen' (about 3 stops). Once you exit the station, follow the signs for 'Medborgarplatsen' and walk towards the square. From there, head south on Folkungagatan until you reach Ryssgården.
