If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Karlstad. Head east on Drottninggatan towards Järnvägsgatan. Continue onto E18, following signs for Örebro. After about 30 kilometers, take the exit toward E45, following the signs for Sunne/Östra Ämtervik. Merge onto E45 and continue for approximately 30 kilometers. Take the exit toward Östra Ämtervik, then follow the road signs to Smedsby. The museum is located at Smedsby 108, 686 96 Östra Ämtervik. There is free parking available on-site.

Public Transportation
To reach ALMA LÖV MUSEUM OF UNEXP. ART via public transportation, start at Karlstad Central Station. Take the bus number 700 towards Sunne, which runs several times a day. The bus journey will take about 45 minutes. Disembark at the Östra Ämtervik stop, which is the nearest stop to the museum. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to the museum. Follow the signs towards Smedsby, and you will reach Smedsby 108 where the museum is located. Please check the local bus schedules for exact departure times.

For those interested in cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Karlstad and take a scenic route to the museum. Start from the city center and head towards E18. Follow the bike paths along the river which will lead you to Östra Ämtervik. The total distance is approximately 30 kilometers. Make sure to have a map or GPS device, as some sections may not be well marked. Once you reach Östra Ämtervik, head to Smedsby 108 where the museum is located.
