From Andermatt, head south on the A2 motorway. After about 15 km, take the exit towards Disentis/Mustér. Continue on Route 19, following signs for Disentis. After approximately 10 km, you will arrive in Disentis. Follow Via Claustra; Disentis Abbey will be on your left at Via Claustra 1. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee depending on the location.
