Head towards the waterfront and follow the signs for the botanical gardens, which are located at Via Vittorio Veneto, 111.

    From Locarno, walk to the waterfront and find the ferry terminal. Board a ferry heading towards 'Intra'. The ferry ride will take approximately 30 minutes and offers beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. Once you arrive at 'Intra', follow the signs to the botanical gardens; it’s about a 15-minute walk from the ferry terminal along the lakefront to Via Vittorio Veneto, 111.
