Bus
From Ascona, head to the nearest bus stop, 'Ascona, Piazza G. Motta'. Take bus line 31 towards 'Lugano, Stazione'. You will need to stay on the bus for about 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Laglio' stop. From the bus stop, walk south on Via Vecchia Regina for about 5 minutes until you reach Villa Oleandra at Via Vecchia Regina, 20.
Ferry
If you prefer a scenic route, head to the 'Ascona, Porto' ferry terminal. Take the ferry towards 'Lugano'. After a 30-minute ride, disembark at 'Laglio'. From the ferry dock, walk along Via Vecchia Regina for about 10 minutes. Villa Oleandra will be on your left at Via Vecchia Regina, 20.
Walking
For the more adventurous, you can walk from Ascona to Laglio. Start from the center of Ascona and head west along the lakeside promenade. Follow the path around the lake for about 1.5 hours, enjoying the views of Lake Como. Keep an eye out for signs leading to Laglio. Once you reach the town, continue onto Via Vecchia Regina, where Villa Oleandra is located at number 20.
