From Lugano, head to the Lugano train station (Lugano Stazione). You can take a train towards Como. Once you arrive at the Como San Giovanni station, exit the station. From there, take the bus number C10 towards Menaggio. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop named Laglio, Via Vecchia Regina. From the bus stop, it's a short walk (about 5 minutes) to Villa Oleandra. Just follow the Via Vecchia Regina road, and you will see the villa on your right.

If you are already in the central area of Lugano, you could take a scenic walk to the lakeside and follow the waterfront promenade. Walk towards the east until you reach the Ferry Terminal (Molo). From there, you can take a ferry to Cernobbio, and upon arrival, walk to the bus station where you can catch the C10 bus towards Menaggio. Alight at Laglio, Via Vecchia Regina and walk about 5 minutes to Villa Oleandra.
