    From Ascona, walk to the nearest bus stop, 'Ascona, Piazza G. Motta'. Catch the bus line 31 heading towards 'Lugano, Stazione'. After about 30 minutes, get off at 'Como, Stazione'. From there, follow the signs to the 'Como Centro' exit. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Piazza Medaglie d'Oro Comasche, where the Museo Archeologico Giovio is located.

    Ferry

    Head to the Ascona ferry terminal located along the lakefront. Take the ferry towards 'Como'. The ferry ride takes approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Como ferry terminal, exit the terminal and turn left. Walk along the waterfront promenade until you reach the main road, then take a right onto Via Garibaldi. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes to reach Piazza Medaglie d'Oro Comasche, home of the Museo Archeologico Giovio.

    Train

    Walk to the Ascona train station, which is located about a 15-minute walk from the center. Take the train to 'Como Lago', which is the nearest train station to the museum. The train ride will take about 30 minutes. After arriving at Como Lago, exit the station, turn left and walk straight until you reach Piazza Medaglie d'Oro Comasche. The museum will be on your right.
