Walking

From the center of Ascona, head towards the lakeside promenade (Lungolago). Walk along the promenade in the direction of Locarno until you reach the ferry terminal. Take a ferry from Ascona to Como. Public Transport

From Ascona, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located near the center of town. Take bus line 31 or 32 towards Locarno. Ride the bus until you reach the Locarno train station. From Locarno, transfer to a train heading to Como. The train journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Como station, follow the signs to the city center.
