Walking

From the center of Ascona, start by heading south on Via Borgo. Continue until you reach the lakeside promenade, then turn right onto Lungolago. Follow the promenade along the lake until you reach the ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Como, which is a scenic ride across Lake Maggiore. Once you arrive at the Como ferry terminal, exit and head straight onto Viale Lecco. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Terme Romane - Sito Archeologico, located on your right.

From Ascona, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via della Libertà. Take the bus 311 towards Lugano. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Como' stop. Upon exiting the bus, follow the signs towards the ferry terminal. Once at the terminal, take the ferry to Como. After arriving at the Como ferry terminal, walk straight onto Viale Lecco for about 10 minutes, where you will find the Terme Romane - Sito Archeologico on your right.
