Tram
If you are at the Basel SBB train station, take tram number 10 towards 'Riehen' or tram number 8 towards 'Kleinhüningen'. Get off at the 'Theater' stop. From there, walk along Theaterstrasse towards the Rhine River until you reach St. Alban-Graben. Turn right onto St. Alban-Graben, and after a short walk, you will find the Kunstmuseum Basel on your left at number 16.

If you are staying in the Old Town area, head towards the Marktplatz. From the Marktplatz, walk down Freie Strasse until you reach the end. Turn left onto Theaterstrasse, and walk straight until you reach the Rhine River. Turn right onto St. Alban-Graben, and the Kunstmuseum Basel will be on your left at number 16.
Bus
From the city center, you can take bus number 30 from 'Barfüsserplatz' towards 'Basel SBB'. Get off at the 'Theater' stop. After getting off, walk along Theaterstrasse towards the Rhine River, then turn right onto St. Alban-Graben. The Kunstmuseum Basel is located at number 16 on your left.
