From there, walk towards the lakefront, then follow the signs for 'Villa Pliniana', which is about a 10-minute walk uphill from the lake.

Walk from the Locarno train station to the 'Locarno Molo' ferry terminal, which is about a 10-minute walk. Take the ferry towards 'Torno' and enjoy a beautiful ride across Lake Maggiore. Once you arrive at the 'Torno' ferry dock, exit and head up the hill towards 'Via Cesare Poggi'. Villa Pliniana is approximately a 15-minute walk from the dock.
