    Train

    From Lugano, head to the Lugano train station (Stazione Ferroviaria di Lugano). You can walk there from the city center in about 10-15 minutes. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Bellano. Trains run regularly, so check the schedule for the next departure. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arriving at Bellano station, exit the station and walk towards the town center. Follow the signs to Piazza S. Giorgio, which should take about 10-15 minutes.

    From Lugano, make your way to the bus terminal located next to the train station. Look for a bus service that goes to Bellano. You can check the local bus schedules on the Ticino Trasporti website or at the terminal. The bus ride will take around 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Bellano, get off at the main bus stop and walk to Piazza S. Giorgio, which is a short 5-minute walk away.
