Once you arrive at Lausanne train station, exit the station and head towards the main street, Avenue de la Gare. Turn left and follow the avenue until you reach the intersection with Rue du Simplon. Turn right onto Rue du Simplon. Continue straight until you reach Pl. Saint-François, where Église réformée Saint-François is located. The church will be on your right.
