    Car

    If you are driving in Saas-Fee, start by heading south on the main road towards Visp. After leaving Saas-Fee, follow the signs towards Visp. Once you reach Visp, merge onto the A9 motorway towards Brig. Continue on the A9 for about 30 kilometers. Take the exit towards Domodossola and follow the signs to Mergozzo. Once you arrive in Mergozzo, look for signs directing you to Lago di Mergozzo, which is located centrally in the town.

    To reach Lago di Mergozzo by public transportation, start at the Saas-Fee bus station. Take the bus to Visp, which runs regularly. Upon arriving in Visp, transfer to a train heading towards Domodossola. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Domodossola, catch a regional train towards Mergozzo. The train ride takes about 10 minutes. From the Mergozzo train station, it is a short walk to Lago di Mergozzo. Simply follow the signs or ask locals for directions.
