Car
If you're driving from the main highway (A-7), take the exit toward Mikumi National Park. Continue straight on the access road for about 5 km. Follow the signs for Mikumi National Park, and as you approach the park entrance, keep to the left. After entering the park, continue for approximately 3 km. The lodge will be on your right. Ensure your vehicle is well-fueled as there are limited services in the park.

Public Transportation (Daladala)
From the nearest town, Ifakara or Morogoro, catch a 'daladala' (shared minibus) heading to Mikumi. The fare is typically around TZS 3,000 to TZS 5,000. Once you reach Mikumi, you may need to hire a taxi or arrange for a local guide to take you to Mikumi Safari Lodge, which is approximately 10 km from the town. The taxi fare may range from TZS 15,000 to TZS 25,000 depending on negotiation.

Motorbike taxi (Boda Boda)
If you prefer a quicker option, you can hire a 'boda boda' (motorbike taxi) from Mikumi town. The ride to Mikumi Safari Lodge will take about 15 minutes and cost around TZS 10,000. Ensure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
