If you are traveling by rental car, start your journey in Mikumi town. From the main road, drive south towards the Mikumi National Park entrance. The Tan-Swiss Lodge & Campsite is located to the east of the national park entrance. Follow the signs for Tan-Swiss Lodge for approximately 3 kilometers. The lodge is well marked, and you will see the entrance on your left.

To reach Tan-Swiss Lodge using public transport, take a bus from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi. Upon arrival in Mikumi town, you can hire a local taxi to take you to Tan-Swiss Lodge.
