If you are driving, start from Stone Town's central market area. Head towards Mkunazini Street and follow it as it turns into Shangani Street. The Tanzanite Museum will be on your right side at Shangani St, Zanzibar 3181. There is no dedicated parking, so be mindful of the local parking regulations.

To reach The Tanzanite Museum using public transportation, take a Dala Dala from the main bus station in Stone Town. Look for a Dala Dala heading towards the Shangani area.
