Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, start by heading northwest on Highway 58 from the center of Chattanooga Valley. Follow Highway 58 for about 5 miles until you reach the junction with Highway 153. Take the exit onto Highway 153 North. Continue on Highway 153 for about 3 miles, then take the exit for I-75 North. After about 7 miles on I-75, take exit 1A to merge onto I-24 West toward Nashville. Continue for about 10 miles, then take exit 178 for US-27 North toward Chattanooga. Follow US-27 for approximately 4 miles, then exit onto Highway 153 North again, following signs for Hixson. After about 2 miles, turn right onto Game Reserve Rd. Follow Game Reserve Rd for about 1 mile until you reach Snooper's Rock. There is free parking available at the site.

• Public Transportation

  If you prefer to use public transportation, take the CARTA bus from downtown Chattanooga (Route 4 - Signal Mtn). Get off at the stop near Hwy 153 and US-27 intersection. From there, you can either walk or use a rideshare service to get to Snooper's Rock. If walking, head north on US-27 for about a mile, then turn right onto Game Reserve Rd. Walk along Game Reserve Rd for about 1 mile until you reach the entrance to Snooper's Rock. Note that using rideshare services may incur additional costs, typically ranging from $10 to $20 depending on the distance and time of day.
