Start your journey at the Chattanooga Choo Choo, a central hub for public transportation. From there, take the CARTA bus Route 11 (Lookout Valley) from the stop located on the main street. The bus will take you towards Lookout Valley. Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes. You will need to disembark at the stop closest to the intersection of W Hills Dr and Highway 41. From there, it’s a short walk (about 0.5 miles) to Raccoon Mountain Caverns and Campground. Head west on W Hills Dr until you reach 319 W Hills Dr.

Bicycle
If you prefer biking, start from downtown Chattanooga and take the Riverwalk Trail towards the north. Follow the trail until it connects to the W. 7th St. bike lane. Continue on W. 7th St. until you reach the intersection with Broad St. Turn left onto Broad St., then take a right onto W 20th St. This will lead you to Highway 41. Follow Highway 41 for about 4 miles until you see the sign for W Hills Dr. Turn left onto W Hills Dr, and Raccoon Mountain Caverns and Campground will be on your left at 319 W Hills Dr.
