Walking
If you are starting from the Northshore area, head to the nearest public park or open space, such as Coolidge Park. From there, walk northwest on River Street towards the Tennessee River. Continue along the riverfront until you reach the intersection with Cherokee Blvd. Turn right onto Cherokee Blvd and continue walking for about a mile. Cardboard Hill is located near the intersection of Cherokee Blvd and 29th St.

Biking
For those who prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing programs available in Northshore. Start at the Northshore Park and bike along the scenic Riverwalk trail towards the river. Follow the trail northwest until you reach the intersection of Cherokee Blvd. From there, turn right and bike for approximately 1 mile until you reach the area near Cardboard Hill.

Public Transit
Although there is limited public transit directly to Cardboard Hill, you can take a bus from nearby Northshore locations. Check the Chattanooga Area Regional Transit Authority (CARTA) for routes that go towards the North Chattanooga area. Depending on your location, you may need to take a bus to a nearby stop and then walk the remaining distance (about half a mile) along Cherokee Blvd to reach Cardboard Hill.
