    From the Gatlinburg Welcome Center located at 342 Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN 37738, head east on the Parkway (US-441) towards the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Continue walking for about 0.7 miles until you reach the traffic light at the intersection of Parkway and East Parkway (US-321). Turn left onto East Parkway and walk for another 0.5 miles. You will see the entrance to Foothills Parkway on your right. Follow the signs to the viewpoint.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental shops in Gatlinburg. Start from the rental shop and head south on the Parkway. Continue for about 1 mile then turn right onto East Parkway (US-321). Follow this road for approximately 0.5 miles. The entrance to Foothills Parkway will be on your right. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local biking rules.

    Catch the Gatlinburg Trolley from any trolley stop near your location in Gatlinburg. You can take the Blue Route, which stops at East Parkway. Disembark at the East Parkway stop.
