    If you're driving from Nashville Music Row, start by heading northwest on 16th Ave S toward Wedgewood Ave. Continue on 16th Ave S for about 2 miles until you reach I-40 W. Merge onto I-40 W and stay on the highway for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 188 for Kingston Springs/US-70 toward Dickson. Turn left onto Kingston Springs Rd and follow it for about 1 mile. Then, turn right onto Narrows of the Harpeth Rd, and you will find Harpeth River State Park at 1254 Narrows of the Harpeth Rd, Kingston Springs, TN 37082.

    To reach Harpeth River State Park using public transportation, first, find the nearest bus stop on Music Row and take the Music City Star commuter train from Nashville to Kingston Springs. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Kingston Springs station, exit the station and head southwest on Kingston Springs Rd. Walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach Narrows of the Harpeth Rd. Turn right onto Narrows of the Harpeth Rd, and continue for about 1 mile. The park entrance will be on your left at 1254 Narrows of the Harpeth Rd.
