If you're traveling by car, start from your location in Northwest Tennessee and navigate to I-81 N. Follow the signs to merge onto I-81 N. Continue on I-81 N for approximately 60 miles. Take exit 57 for TN-394 S toward Piney Flats. Merge onto TN-394 S and continue until you reach TN-69. Follow TN-69 to Hyder Hill Rd. Turn left onto Hyder Hill Rd, and Rocky Mount State Historic Site will be on your right at 200 Hyder Hill Rd, Piney Flats, TN 37686. There is no admission fee to enter the site, but check for any special events that may have additional costs.
