If you are near downtown Amarillo, you can take the Amarillo City Transit bus. Board Route 3 at the nearest stop. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 15th Avenue and South Johnson Street. From there, walk south on Johnson Street for about 3 blocks. The Amarillo Historical Museum will be on your left at 1612 S Johnson St.
Bicycle

Start at the Amarillo Civic Center at 401 S Buchanan St. Head south on Buchanan until you reach 15th Ave. Turn left on 15th Ave, then right on Johnson St. Continue riding south on Johnson St for about 3 blocks.
