If you are starting from the Amarillo Civic Center, walk to the nearest bus stop at 6th Ave & Buchanan St. Board the Amarillo City Transit bus line 1 or 2 heading west. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes, and get off at the stop near 6th Ave & Georgia St. From there, walk south on SW 6th Ave for about 3 blocks until you reach 3511 SW 6th Ave, which is the location of Amarillo Route 66.

Starting from the Amarillo Public Library, head south on S Van Buren St towards SW 6th Ave. Turn left onto SW 6th Ave and continue walking for approximately 1 mile. You will pass several small shops and restaurants along the way. Once you reach 3511 SW 6th Ave, you will find Amarillo Route 66 on your left side.

If you are renting a bicycle from a nearby rental shop, start at the bike rental location and head towards the intersection of SW 6th Ave and Georgia St. Follow SW 6th Ave north for about 1.5 miles. You will see Amarillo Route 66 on your left at 3511 SW 6th Ave. There are bike racks available for parking your bike once you arrive.
