The bus will take you directly to Canyon where you can disembark at the Canyon Main Street stop. From there, walk about 1.5 miles to reach the entrance of Palo Duro Canyon State Park. You will need to follow 4th Ave East until you reach the junction with State Highway 217. Turn left and continue until you see the park entrance on your right.
