Getting There

• Walking

  If you're in South Congress, the SOCO Mural is located at 1800 S Congress Ave. Begin your journey by walking south along South Congress Avenue. The mural is situated on the side of a building, so keep an eye out for it as you approach. Depending on where you are in South Congress, the walk should take around 10 to 15 minutes. Look for the large, colorful mural on your left as you pass by local shops and eateries.

• Biking

  If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a nearby bike-sharing station (such as B-cycle, which has stations throughout South Congress). Once you have your bike, head south on South Congress Avenue. The mural is located at 1800 S Congress Ave, on the left side of the street. This route will take about 5 to 10 minutes, depending on your biking speed. Note that bike rentals typically cost around $10 for a day pass.

• Public Transit (Bus)

  For those who prefer public transportation, you can take the Capital Metro bus. Look for the bus stop on South Congress Avenue and find the bus route that goes south towards the South Congress area. You can take Route 1 (North Lamar/South Congress). Disembark at the 'S Congress & Elizabeth' stop, which is a short walk from the mural location. From the bus stop, walk south on South Congress Avenue, and the mural will be on your left at 1800 S Congress Ave. The bus fare is typically $1.25 for a single ride.
