To reach the Saa Paper and Umbrella Handicraft Center from the Old City area of Chiang Mai, find a Songthaew (red truck) heading towards San Kamphaeng. Once you're on the Songthaew, tell the driver you want to go to 'San Kamphaeng' or 'Saa Paper' to ensure they know your destination. The ride will take about 30-40 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off near '9 ซอย สายน้ำมิ้น 13' or at the San Kamphaeng intersection where you can easily walk to the center, which is a short distance away.

If you prefer a more private option, you can hire a Tuk-Tuk from anywhere in Chiang Mai. Simply negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
