Car

If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Doi Suthep-Pui National Park. Follow the main road into the park, which is well-marked. Continue on the paved road for about 10 kilometers until you reach the Chaloem Phra Kiat Pavilion Viewpoint. There is a parking area near the viewpoint where you can safely leave your car. Be aware that there may be a small entrance fee for the national park, typically around 30 THB for adults and 15 THB for children.
Public Transportation

If you are using public transportation, you can take a songthaew (shared taxi) from Chiang Mai to the Doi Suthep area. Head to the Chang Phueak Bus Station to catch a songthaew heading towards Doi Suthep. Request to be dropped off at the entrance of Doi Suthep-Pui National Park. From the entrance, you will need to walk approximately 10 kilometers along the main road to reach the Chaloem Phra Kiat Pavilion Viewpoint. Alternatively, you can hire a motorcycle taxi from the entrance for a more direct route, which should cost around 100-150 THB.

For the more adventurous, you can hike from the main entrance of Doi Suthep-Pui National Park to the Chaloem Phra Kiat Pavilion Viewpoint.
