From Bangkok, take Highway 3 (Sukhumvit Road) heading southeast towards Chonburi. After approximately 100 kilometers, merge onto Highway 36 towards Rayong. Follow signs for Rayong and then continue on Route 3 until you reach Phe. Once in Phe, look for local signs indicating the Mermaid Monument, which is located near the beach area. There is usually free parking available nearby.

To reach the Mermaid Monument via public transport, start by taking a bus or minivan from Bangkok to Rayong. Buses depart from the Eastern Bus Terminal (Ekkamai) regularly and the journey takes about 2.5 to 3 hours. Once you arrive at Rayong, you can take a local songthaew (shared taxi) to Phe. The fare is typically around 30-50 Baht. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Mermaid Monument. The monument is a short walk from the local road in Phe.
