Car
If you are traveling by car from Mukdahan city center, head southeast on Route 212 towards Wan Yai District. After approximately 30 km, take the exit toward Pong Kham. Continue straight for about 5 km until you reach the village of Pong Kham. The shrine is located at 'บ้านสองคอน' on the right side of the road. Parking is available near the shrine.

Public Transportation
To reach the shrine by public transportation, take a bus from Mukdahan bus station to Wan Yai District. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Wan Yai District, you can take a local songthaew (shared taxi) towards Pong Kham. Inform the driver that you want to stop at 'บ้านสองคอน' for the shrine. The fare for the songthaew is approximately 20-30 THB.

If you are nearby and prefer to walk, from the Pong Kham village center, head southeast for about 1 km along the main road. The shrine will be on your left. It is a pleasant walk with local scenery.
