If you're driving from central Yala City, take Route 410 heading towards Betong. Continue on this road for approximately 70 kilometers. As you approach Betong District, turn left onto Route 4. Follow this road for about 10 kilometers until you reach Tano Maero. Look for signs directing you to Piyamit Tunnel, which is located at 282 หมู่ 2. There is parking available near the entrance.

From Yala City, you can take a bus to Betong. Buses leave regularly from the Yala Bus Terminal. The journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at Betong Bus Station, you can take a local tuk-tuk or songthaew (shared taxi) to Tano Maero, which is approximately 10 kilometers away. The fare for the tuk-tuk is around 100-150 THB per person. Inform the driver that you are going to Piyamit Tunnel.
