If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Phuket Town and take the Route 402 heading northwest. Continue for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 4030. Turn left onto Route 4030 and drive for about 5 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Cherng Talay. Once you are in Cherng Talay, turn onto Soi Cherngtalay 1. The Green Elephant Sanctuary Park will be located on your left at number 4. There is parking available on-site.

To reach the Green Elephant Sanctuary Park by public transportation, you can take a Songthaew (shared taxi) from Phuket Town. Board a Songthaew heading to Bang Tao Beach and ask the driver to drop you off at Cherng Talay. From there, you can either walk or hire a tuk-tuk to take you to Soi Cherngtalay 1. The park is located at number 4 on that street. The Songthaew fare is typically around 30-50 THB, and the tuk-tuk ride may cost around 100-150 THB depending on your negotiation skills.
