If you are in the center of Udon Thani, start at the Udon Thani Railway Station. Exit the station and head west on Phosri Road. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Chao Fa Road. Turn left onto Chao Fa Road and follow it for another 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for local landmarks like the Udon Thani Public Health Office on your right. After passing the health office, take the next right onto a small road. Wang Macha Public Park Nong Bua will be on your left after about 200 meters.

From any point in Udon Thani, you can easily catch a tuk-tuk. Simply tell the driver, 'Wang Macha Public Park' or show them the address: 'CR24+CJH, Mak Khaeng Sub-district.' The drivers are familiar with local attractions. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point, and you will be dropped off right at the entrance of the park.

Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, rent a bike from one of the local shops in Udon Thani. From the city center, cycle west along Phosri Road for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach Chao Fa Road. Turn left onto Chao Fa Road and continue for about 1 kilometer. After passing the Udon Thani Public Health Office, turn right onto the small road leading to Wang Macha Public Park. The park will be about 200 meters down that road on your left.

Look for local buses heading towards Mak Khaeng Sub-district. You can catch a bus from the main bus station in Udon Thani. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Wang Macha Public Park. The bus fare is very affordable, and the journey may take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the park should be within walking distance from the bus stop.
