Car
Start your journey in Tunapuna-Piarco. Head northwest on Eastern Main Road (C3) towards the roundabout. Take the first exit onto the Churchill Roosevelt Highway (Highway 2). Continue on the highway for approximately 15 kilometers, following the signs for Las Cuevas. Once you reach the Las Cuevas exit, take it and follow the road to the beach. Look for Mitchell Trace on your left side; 100 Steps Beach is located at the end of this road. Parking is available, but be prepared for potential costs, which can vary.

Public Transportation
From Tunapuna-Piarco, take a taxi or a maxi taxi heading to Port of Spain. Once you arrive in Port of Spain, transfer to a maxi taxi that goes to Las Cuevas. Confirm with the driver that they will drop you off near Mitchell Trace. The fare for the maxi taxi is approximately TT$ 10-20. Once you are dropped off, walk along Mitchell Trace until you reach the entrance to 100 Steps Beach, which is a short distance away.

If you are already in Las Cuevas and prefer walking, make your way to Mitchell Trace. Walk along this road until you see signs indicating 100 Steps Beach. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk from the main road, and you will need to navigate a few steps to reach the beach area. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes as the path can be uneven.
