Start your journey in Tunapuna-Piarco. Head northwest on Eastern Main Road (C3) towards the roundabout. Take the first exit onto the Churchill Roosevelt Highway (Highway 2). Continue on the highway for approximately 15 kilometers, following the signs for Las Cuevas. Once you reach the Las Cuevas exit, take it and follow the road to the beach. Look for Mitchell Trace on your left side; 100 Steps Beach is located at the end of this road. Parking is available, but be prepared for potential costs, which can vary.

From Tunapuna-Piarco, take a taxi or a maxi taxi heading to Port of Spain. Once you arrive in Port of Spain, transfer to a maxi taxi that goes to Las Cuevas.
