Walking
From the center of Göreme, head east on Müze Caddesi towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the main road, which is called Avcilar Caddesi. Turn left and walk along Avcilar Caddesi for about 500 meters. You will see signs for Mustafapaşa. Keep walking straight; after a short distance, you will find a bus stop on your left. Board a minibus heading to Mustafapaşa. The ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive in Mustafapaşa, disembark at the main square. From the square, head up Gazi Sk. (the street right in front of you) and walk about 300 meters until you see the Cappadocia Art & History Museum on your left.

Start at the Göreme bus terminal. Look for a minibus that is heading towards Mustafapaşa. These minibuses run frequently throughout the day. Once on the minibus, sit back and enjoy the scenic ride, which will take about 15 minutes. When you reach Mustafapaşa, get off at the last stop near the main square. From the square, walk up Gazi Sk. for about 300 meters, and the museum will be on your left-hand side.
