Public Transport - Tram
If you are near the Sultanahmet area, the easiest way to reach the Istanbul Archaeological Museums is to take the T1 tram line. Board the tram at the Sultanahmet stop and travel one stop to Gülhane. Once you get off at Gülhane, walk towards the end of the park, and you will see the museum entrance on your right.

From the Sultanahmet Mosque (Blue Mosque), head towards the Hippodrome and pass by the German Fountain. Continue walking straight until you reach the entrance of Gülhane Park. Enter the park and walk straight for about 5-10 minutes. The Istanbul Archaeological Museums will be located at the southeastern corner of the park.
