If you're starting from Taksim Square, take the Taksim Metro (M2 line) towards Yenikapı. Get off at the 5th stop, which is 'Şişli-Mecidiyeköy'. Here, transfer to the Metrobus line at the Mecidiyeköy station. Board the Metrobus heading towards Zincirlikuyu. Get off at the 6th stop, which is 'Cevizlibağ'. From Cevizlibağ, transfer to the tram (T1 line) at the 'Zeytinburnu' tram stop. Board the tram heading towards Kabataş. Get off at the 9th stop, which is 'Gülhane'. From the Gülhane tram stop, walk towards the Topkapi Palace Museum, which is about a 10-minute walk. Mecidiye Pavilion is located within the premises of the Topkapi Palace Museum.

If you are already near Sultanahmet (Hagia Sophia area), you can walk to Mecidiye Pavilion. Start from the Hagia Sophia and walk towards the Sultanahmet Square. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of the Topkapi Palace Museum. Enter the museum grounds, and Mecidiye Pavilion is situated within the garden area of the palace.
