If you are in Taksim Square, take the funicular down to Kabataş. From Kabataş, catch tram line T1 towards Bağcılar and get off at Sultanahmet station. Once you exit the tram, walk towards the Hippodrome (Sultanahmet Square). From there, you can see the Blue Mosque. Walk along At Meydanı Cd, and you will find Sultan İbrahim Türbesi at At Meydanı Cd No:1, located near the Hippodrome.

If you are staying in the Sultanahmet area, you can easily walk to Sultan İbrahim Türbesi. Simply head towards the Hippodrome (Sultanahmet Square) and walk down At Meydanı Cd. The Türbesi is located at At Meydanı Cd No:1, just a short 5-10 minute walk from the Blue Mosque.

From Taksim, take bus 28 or 30 to the Eminönü stop. Once you arrive at Eminönü, you can walk to Sultanahmet. Head towards the Galata Bridge, cross it, and continue straight until you reach Sultanahmet. Keep walking towards the Hippodrome, and Sultan İbrahim Türbesi will be on your left at At Meydanı Cd No:1.
