After approximately 1.5 to 2 hours of driving, follow the signs for the city center (Fatih). Once you reach Fatih, navigate to Alemdar Street. Kızlarağa Medresesi is located at Hoca Rüstem Sk. No:6, 34110 Fatih/Istanbul. There are parking areas available nearby, but note that there may be a fee ranging from 10 to 30 Turkish Lira depending on the duration.

To reach Kızlarağa Medresesi using public transportation, start by taking a bus from your location in Mesopotamia to Istanbul. Once in Istanbul, you can use the Metro or Tram. Take the Metro to 'Şehitlik' station and transfer to the Tram line. Ride the Tram towards 'Bağcılar' and get off at the 'Sultanahmet' stop. From there, it's a 10-minute walk. Head east on Divan Yolu Caddesi, then turn onto Alemdar Street. Kızlarağa Medresesi will be on your right at Hoca Rüstem Sk. No:6. Ensure you have a transport card, as a single ride fare on public transport is around 15 Turkish Lira.
