Car
If you are driving, start from any location in Troad and head towards the E87 highway. Follow the signs towards Çanakkale and continue on the E87 until you reach the exit for the Dardanelles. Cross the Dardanelles via the ferry if you are coming from the Asian side. Once you reach the European side, continue towards Istanbul. Follow the signs to Fatih and use a GPS device to navigate to the Forum of Theodosius, located at Balabanağa, Ordu Cd., 34134 Fatih/İstanbul. Parking may be available nearby, but check local regulations for any fees.

Public Transportation
To reach the Forum of Theodosius using public transport from Troad, take a bus to Istanbul from the main bus terminal. Look for buses heading to 'Esenler Otogarı' in Istanbul. Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Istanbul, switch to the metro. Take the M1A line towards Atatürk Airport and get off at the 'Aksaray' station. From Aksaray, you can take tram line T1 towards Bağcılar and get off at 'Beyazıt-Kapalıçarşı' station. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to the Forum of Theodosius. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions to Balabanağa, Ordu Cd. Note that you may need to purchase an Istanbulkart for public transport, which costs around 50 TL (as of last update), and you can load it with additional fare.
