    If you are driving, start from any location in Troad and head towards the E87 highway. Follow the signs towards Çanakkale and continue on the E87 until you reach the exit for the Dardanelles. Cross the Dardanelles via the ferry if you are coming from the Asian side. Once you reach the European side, continue towards Istanbul. Follow the signs to Fatih and use a GPS device to navigate to the Forum of Theodosius, located at Balabanağa, Ordu Cd., 34134 Fatih/İstanbul.
