From Ashgabat, take a marshrutka (minibus) heading to Mary. Ensure to tell the driver you want to stop at Kelyadzhi. The fare is approximately 10-15 TMT. Once you arrive in Kelyadzhi, you can either walk or hire a local taxi to reach Kulmergen-kala, which is about 2 kilometers from the main bus stop. Expect to pay around 5 TMT for the taxi.
