Once you disembark at Lutoboka Bay, you’ll find the viewing point nearby.

If you choose to walk, head to the main road leading out of Masaka towards Bukakata. It is a long walk of approximately 15 km to the ferry terminal. Once at Bukakata, you will need to catch a ferry to Lutoboka Bay. Keep in mind that walking this distance will take several hours, so it is best to start early in the day.

Public Transport (Boda Boda)
From Masaka, you can take a boda boda (motorcycle taxi) to Bukakata Ferry Terminal. The ride will take about 20 minutes. Once at the terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Lutoboka Bay. The ferry journey lasts approximately 30 minutes, and upon arrival, the viewing point is a short walk away.

You can take a matatu (shared minibus) from Masaka to Bukakata. Head to the matatu stage in Masaka and look for one going to Bukakata; the journey will take around 30 minutes. After arriving at Bukakata, proceed to the ferry terminal to catch a ferry to Lutoboka Bay, which takes about 30 minutes. The viewing point is a short distance from the ferry disembarkation point.
