By Car

If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Mbale town. Head north on the Mbale - Sironko road (A109) for about 10 km. At the roundabout, take the second exit to join the Budadiri road. Continue for approximately 15 km until you reach Sipi Falls. There are signs along the way directing you towards Sipi Falls; follow these signs to reach the parking area near the falls. Note that the road may be uneven in some parts, so drive cautiously.

By Public Transportation

To reach Sipi Falls using public transportation, start from Mbale town. Head to the main bus park and take a shared taxi heading towards Kapchorwa. The fare is typically around 10,000 UGX. Inform the driver that you are going to Sipi Falls so they can drop you off at the nearest point. After getting off, you may need to walk about 3 km to reach the falls. Hiring a local guide is recommended for the best experience, which may cost around 20,000 UGX.
